Have a Cofactor you'd like to submit to the database?

Send us the form bellow and our Import Template XLSX file, filled with the Cofactor data, and an expert will review it. Instructions to fill the Import Template can be found at the bottom of this page.

Instructions to fill the Import Template XLSX file:

1. Download the template here.
2. Replace the example data on the template file with the one you wish to submit.
3. For the fields that accept multiple values (i.e. Metal Oxidation and Spin States), separate the values with two vertical bars "||".
4. Columns:
   1. Metal Name - Select from the drop-down list the name of the metal associated with this cofactor.
   2. Metal ID - This column will auto fill based on your Metal Name choice.
   3. Category - The category of the cofactor. Mandatory.
   4. Name - Name of the cofactor. Mandatory.
   5. Metal Coordination - Metal coordination of the cofactor.
   6. Ligands - Name(s) of the ligand(s) of the cofactor.
   7. Metal Oxidation - Metal oxidation code(s) for the ligand(s). Multiple values are possible.
   8. Spin States - Spin state code(s) for the ligand(s). Multiple values are possible.
   9. Examples - Examples of this cofactor. This is a complex element, please take care with the syntax. The template provides a case for two examples (separated by the "||" divider).
   10. Paper - IMPORTANT please fill the last column 'Paper' with the url link to the paper research on the Cofactor you're submitting.
